Detailed Cleaning Checklist

Bathrooms

  • Static dust on all walls.
  • We remove all cobwebs.
  • We meticulously clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including the interior and exterior of showers, shower walls and ceilings, bidets, toilets, bathtubs, and all surrounding areas around tubs and sinks. Every detail is carefully addressed to ensure a perfect cleaning.
  • Top, facing, sides, and interiors of all cabinets and drawers are wiped down.
  • All shelves wiped down.
  • Lights, lamps, vents, outlets, towel holders, toilet paper holders wiped down.
  • Door frames, doors, closets, door knobs cleaned and disinfected.
  • We take off stickers, debris, dust from all surfaces.
  • Floors and baseboards are thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned/scrubbed.
  • Blinds, windows, window frames, window tracks, window sills, screens are scrubbed and cleaned.
  • Collect and remove trash

Kitchens and Eating Areas

  • Static dust on all walls
  • We remove all cobwebs
  • Countertops, tables, and backsplashes are scrubbed and wiped down.
  • All appliances are cleaned and polished to a high standard (interior/exterior)
  • Sinks and faucets are scrubbed and disinfected for optimal hygiene.
  • Top, facing, sides, interior/exterior of all cabinets, drawers and closets are scrubbed and wiped down.
  • Moulding is scrubbed and wiped down.
  • All windows, window tracks, window sills, window screens, blinds (piece by piece) are scrubbed and wiped down.
  • All baseboards, doors, door frames, door knobs are wiped down.
  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout.
  • Lights, ceiling fans, vents, switches, and outlets are cleaned and disinfected.
  • Collect and remove trash.

Sleeping Areas

  • Static dust on all walls

  • Doors, door frames, door knobs cleaned and disinfected.
  • Trim is cleaned.
  • Windows, window frames, window sills, window tracks, blinds (piece by piece) are scrubbed and wiped down.
  • All shelves, closets, drawers are scrubbed and disinfected.
  • All lights, ceiling fans, vents, outlets, light switches are cleaned.
  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout.
  • Trash is collected and removed.

Living Areas

  • Windows, window frames, window sills, window tracks, blinds (piece by piece) are scrubbed and wiped down.
  • We wipe down all railings and baseboards.
  • Lights are cleaned
  • All ceiling fans, vents, outlets, light switches are cleaned.
  • Doors, door frames, door knobs cleaned and disinfected.
  • All shelves, closets, cabinets and drawers are scrubbed and disinfected.
  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout.
  • Trash is collected and removed.

Laundry Room

  • Static dust on all walls
  • We remove all cobwebs
  • All shelves, closets, cabinets and drawers (top, facing, sides, in and out) are scrubbed and disinfected.
  • Doors, door frames, door knobs cleaned and disinfected.
  • All ceiling fans, vents, outlets, light switches are cleaned.
  • We vacuum and mop all floors throughout.
Option 2

After Construction Cleaning — Occupied Home

For homes that are occupied during or after construction or renovation. We provide the same detailed post-construction cleaning while working carefully around furniture and personal belongings, removing construction dust and debris from all safely accessible surfaces.

Option 2 — Occupied Home Scope

Bathrooms

  • Remove cobwebs.
  • We meticulously scrub and disinfect (in and out) showers, tubs, toilets, bidets, and sinks, we focus on removing soap scum, hard water stains, and mold - mold or discoloration beneath existing caulking cannot be removed through cleaning. If mold has penetrated under the caulk, the only permanent solution is to remove the old caulking and apply new caulking.
  • We make sure the walls surrounding the bathtub are scrubbed, shower ceilings and walls are meticulously scrubbed.
  • We clean and disinfect all the shelves, cabinets, doors, door frames, door knobs, switches, outlets, vents, blinds, baseboards.
  • We will wipe down lights (we do not disassemble)
  • Floors, carpet areas, rugs are thoroughly vacuumed
  • Floor scrubbed
  • Trash cans and towel holders receive complete cleaning and disinfection.

Kitchens & Eating Areas

  • Remove cobwebs.
  • We use a duster to dust all the walls.
  • Countertops and backsplashes are scrubbed and disinfected.
  • Microwave, refrigerator and oven are cleaned in and out.
  • For refrigerators, we remove all food, shelves, drawers, and removable components. Every part is carefully washed, sanitized, and dried before being reassembled. We organize and return all items to their proper place and dispose of any expired food.
  • For ovens we remove and clean all the grates, scrub and clean it, inside of the oven is meticulously cleaned.
  • Sinks are scrubbed and disinfected for optimal hygiene.
  • Cabinets, shelves, tables, chairs, vents, railings, doors, door frames, baseboards, door knobs are wiped down.
  • Lights (we do not disassemble) ceiling fans, vents, switches, and outlets are cleaned.
  • Floors, carpet areas and rugs are vacuumed, all floors are mopped.

Sleeping Areas

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust all the walls.
  • Every piece of furniture is cleaned and polished.
  • All doors, door frames, baseboards, bed boards, door trim, crown molding, chair rails are wiped down.
  • Lights (we do not disassemble) ceiling fans, vents, switches, and outlets are cleaned.
  • Beds are made if clean linens are provided, otherwise beds are neatly straightened.
  • Floors—including areas beneath any piece of furniture—are vacuumed and mopped.
  • Trash is removed.
  • Outlets, vents, ceiling fans, lamps, lights, outlets are wiped down.

Living Areas

  • We use a duster to remove all cobwebs
  • Dust walls
  • Every piece of furniture is cleaned and polished.
  • All doors, door frames, baseboards, door trim, crown molding, chair rails are wiped down.
  • Lights (we do not disassemble) fans, vents, switches, and outlets, ceiling fans are cleaned.
  • Floors, carpet areas, rugs are vacuumed
  • We will clean all floors.
  • Couches and chairs are vacuumed, including areas beneath cushions.
  • Decorative pillows and blankets are arranged neatly for a tidy, inviting space.

Laundry Room

  • We use a duster to remove all the cobwebs.
  • Dust all walls.
  • All the cabinets are wiped down
  • All the countertops, tables are wiped down
  • Doors, baseboards, door frames, shelves, vents, outlets, and ceiling fans are cleaned/scrubbed.
  • Lights (we do not disassemble) lamps, vents, switches, and outlets are cleaned.
  • Exterior of the washer and dryer are thoroughly wiped down.
  • Trash is emptied.
  • Floors, rugs are vacuumed
  • We use a mop to clean the floors.
