Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee charged to your card on file.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, by phone, text, or email.
The cancellation fee also applies if our team cannot access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable at the scheduled time.
If Maids Will Clean cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we will reschedule at no cost to you, subject to availability.
