Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Bathrooms

  • We start with removing all cobwebs with a duster

  • We dust and clean walls

  • Top, facing, sides, interior of all cabinets and drawers scrubbed and cleaned

  • All lights, lamps, ceiling fans, and vents are cleaned

  • All doors, door frames, door knobs are cleaned and disinfected

  • All closets are scrubbed and disinfected

  • We meticulously scrub and disinfect showers, shower walls, shower ceiling, tubs, walls around bathtub, toilets, bidets, and sink (interior and exterior)

  • We pay attention to dirt, limescale, mold - mold or discoloration beneath existing caulking cannot be removed through cleaning. If mold has penetrated under the caulk, the only permanent solution is to remove the old one and apply a new caulking.

  • Baseboards are thoroughly vacuumed and scrubbed.

  • Trash cans, towel holders, toilet paper holder receive comprehensive cleaning and disinfection.

  • Switches and outlets are carefully wiped down.

  • We vacuum all floors, rugs, carpeted areas.

  • Floors are scrubbed and wiped down.

Kitchens & Eating Areas

  • We remove all cobwebs

  • We dust and clean all walls, baseboards

  • We scrub all doors, door frames, trim, railings

  • Top, facing, sides, and interiors of all cabinets and drawers are scrubbed and cleaned.

  • All appliances are scrubbed and cleaned (interior and exterior) - fridge, bar mini-fridges, freezer, dishwasher, range hood, stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher

  • All filters are scrubbed and cleaned (microwave, range hood)

  • Countertops, shelves and backsplashes are scrubbed and wiped down

  • Sinks, faucets are scrubbed and disinfected for optimal hygiene.

  • All closets, pantry are scrubbed and disinfected

  • Trash is removed

  • Lights, ceiling fans, vents, switches, and outlets are cleaned.

  • Floors, carpeted areas, rugs are vacuumed

  • We will mop all floors

Sleeping Areas

  • We remove cobwebs

  • We dust and wash walls

  • If there is still remaining furniture in the house we will dust and polish it top to bottom/in and out

  • Trash is removed

  • We scrub and disinfect all doors, door frames, door knobs, baseboards.

  • Interior/exterior of all cabinets, drawers, and closets are fully cleaned and disinfected

  • We scrub/clean ceiling fans, vents, lights, lamps, outlets, trim, railing.

  • We vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, floors

  • We mop all floors.

Living Areas

  • We remove cobwebs.

  • We dust and wash walls.

  • If there is still remaining furniture in the house we will dust and polish it top to bottom/in and out

  • Trash is removed.

  • We scrub and disinfect all doors, door frames, door knobs, baseboards.

  • Interior/exterior of all cabinets, drawers, and closets are fully cleaned and disinfected

  • We scrub/clean ceiling fans, vents, lights, lamps, outlets, trim, railing.

  • We vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, floors

  • We mop all floors.

Laundry Room

  • We remove cobwebs.

  • We dust and wash walls.

  • If there is still remaining furniture in the house we will dust and polish it top to bottom/in and out

  • Trash is removed.

  • We scrub and disinfect all doors, door frames, door knobs, baseboards.

  • Interior/exterior of all cabinets, drawers, and closets are fully cleaned and disinfected

  • We scrub/clean ceiling fans, vents, lights, lamps, outlets, trim, railing.

  • We clean and disinfect interior and exterior of appliances - some buildup may require service from an appliance repair specialist who can disassemble and properly clean the appliance.

  • We vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, floors

  • We mop all floors.
